UC Merced is participating in the Staff Climate Survey (SCS), a national survey developed by UCLA’s Higher Education Research Institute (HERI). The online survey opens Feb. 1 and closes Feb. 28 and takes about 20 to 25 minutes to complete. The anonymous survey doesn’t collect any identifying information to assure confidentiality.
In addition to providing essential information about the working environment at UC Merced, survey results will be combined with those from other institutions in the United States as part of HERI’s national research.
Be on the lookout in the next week or so for an email invitation with a survey link from Kevin Eagan, UCLA director of the Staff Climate Survey at HERI, and UC Merced’s De Acker, director of the Office of Campus Climate.
