UCPath Portal Online With New Features

Dear Colleagues:

The UCPath Portal is back online. You now have access to the following functions:

  • Viewing earning statements and W-2s
  • Making address changes
  • Enrolling in direct deposit
  • Making benefit selections

When you visit the portal, you will notice new features have been added.

Employees are now able to enter a preferred name. Should you decide to make that change, your preferred name will appear on the upper left side of your dashboard in the portal.

To further protect and verify employee identity, personalized security questions have been added to the portal. You can set up your security questions today. Beginning Sept. 23, this will be a required feature for all employees.

As a reminder, the portal will be offline again from 5 p.m. Sept. 13 through 8 a.m. Sept. 19 to facilitate the transition of other campuses to the centralized payroll and time-keeping system.

We recommend new employees eligible for university benefits and those with a qualifying event (such as birth or adoption) expected this month enroll in benefits when the portal is available. Benefits election forms may also be submitted via email to ucpath@universityofcalifornia.edu using the Health Benefits Enrollment for Newly Eligible Employees form.
