The Room Reservation System - EMS will be launched and available for campus use on Monday, Dec. 17. The campus community will be able to begin submitting space reservations in EMS for January 2019 and thereafter.
What do I need to do to be prepared for the launch of EMS?

As of Dec. 17, any spaces previously booked for 2019 will need to be rescheduled in EMS by the owner of that booking
EMS will be used to book conference rooms, collaborative workrooms, event spaces (indoor and outdoor), recreation spaces (indoor and outdoor), and any other non-instructional spaces. The majority of the rooms will be available for self-service booking by end users. Some rooms have been configured as priority spaces and will require approval to book them. These spaces are referred to as “rooms you can request” in EMS. Please note that the “rooms you can request” will be placed in a hold status until the reservation is approved.
