Holiday Early Timesheet Submission

Biweekly staff and student employees:
 
The winter break is quickly coming upon us. We understand life for many gets very busy during this season, and we’d like to take a moment to remind you of the critical upcoming payroll deadlines.
 
Consistent with previous Holiday Curtailment, timesheets for biweekly staff and student employees must be submitted earlier.
 
Your biweekly timesheet for the 12/16/18 – 12/29/18 pay period is due by noon PST WEDNESDAY, DEC. 19, 2018.
 
Understand, if you do not create and submit a timesheet by the deadline, the UCPath payroll system will not generate a paycheck in time for the Jan. 9, 2019 pay-date. Please project your hours of work through the pay period ending Dec. 29, 2018 (including applicable leave during the curtailment period). Any adjustments necessary will be processed on the following pay cycle.
 
SUPERVISORS of BIWEEKLY PAID EMPLOYEES: Timesheets must be approved by 10 a.m. PST THURSDAY, DEC. 20, 2018.
 
If an employee is unable to submit a timesheet, supervisors are responsible for creating a timesheet on the employee’s behalf. Download the instructions here.
