Show your support by joining us on Scholars Lane Bridge to welcome this year’s incoming class of first-year and transfer students. Chancellor Dorothy Leland, the UC Merced Cheer Team and Rufus Bobcat will lead our newest campus members across the bridge and through the Beginnings Sculpture to signify the start of their UC Merced journey. Schools, departments and units are encouraged to create posters and signs to further demonstrate their Bobcat pride.
